He submits that he is caught by surprised when the matter got listed today on the board. Mr. Kadam also submits that the reply has been filed by the respondent, and he needs to file rejoinder to the said affidavit-in-reply.

The petitioner may file their rejoinder within a period of three weeks and serve an advance copy to other side. 3.
