(d) that pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the operation of the notice under section 148 of the Act dated 14 April 2022 ("Exhibit E"), the Order under section 148A(d) of the Act dated 14 April 2022 ("Exhibit D") and the show cause notice issued under section 148A(b) of the Act dated 24 March 2022 (Exhibit B) and grant an injunction restraining the Respondents, their subordinates, servants, agents, successors-in-office from taking any steps in furtherance or in implementation of the notice under section 148 of the Act dated 14 April 2022 ("Exhibit E"), the Order under section 148A(d) of the Act dated 14 April 2022 ("Exhibit D") and the show cause notice issued under section 148A(b) of the Act dated 24 March 2022 (Exhibit B).
