Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners. It is the case of the petitioners that the respondent employee was dismissed from service. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is directed to pay wages to the respondent from 30/05/2003 to 01/03/2007 along with interest @ of 6 % per annum.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 01/07/2024. 4.

The petitioner is directed to deposit the entire amount as directed by the Tribunal along with interest as of today. The amount to be deposited as directed in the impugned order within a period of four weeks. 5.

On such deposit, there shall be ad-interim stay to the impugned order dated 06/02/2024, passed by the Member Industrial Court, Jalna, in Complaint ULP No.115/2017.

The respondents employee would also permitted to withdraw 50 % of the amount deposited in this Court on an undertaking subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
