Learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record photocopy of the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani dated 06.08.2025, 25.09.2025, mutation entry and order passed in Civil application before learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Parbhani by competent authority for allowing the competent authority to deposit the amount in respect of the compensation. Bunch is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petition was filed to challenge the order dated 12.12.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Gangakhed to the extent of direction No. 3 only and further prayer was against respondent No. 4 951-WP-4178-2024.odt
to 7 to implement the order dated 25.01.2022. Now, certain orders have been passed in favour of the petitioner and the substantially the petition appears to be pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Parbhani. All the aspects in the matter would be then considered in the said proceeding and, therefore, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter can be disposed of.

In view of the said statement and the fact that the substantial proceeding is pending, we dispose of the writ petition. 4.
