P.C.:- 1) Mr. Sawant, learned AGP submitted that, Shri. Aseemkumar Gupta, the Respondent No.2 herein has filed an Affidavit dated 6th March, 2025.
1.1) In paragraph No.6 thereof it is stated that, the mistake pointed out by the Petitioner needs to be rectified as per the report dated 20 th February, 2014 by the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nashik and report dated 2nd April, 2014 sent by the Director of Town Planning, the property of Petitioner needs to be shown under Regional plan as general public/semi public purpose. The Communication dated 20th February, 2025, 1/2
ssm 72-wp4211.2024.doc issued by the Under Secretary of Urban Development Department to the Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nashik Division, Nashik is annexed to the said Affidavit.
2) In view of the statement made by the Respondent No.2 on Affidavit and the communication dated 20th February, 2025 addressed by the Under Secretary to the Assistant Director of Town Planning, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today stands redressed. 3) Learned AGP on instructions submitted that, necessary corrections will be effected in the records within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
