1.
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assails Government Resolution dated 16 February 2024, which has been issued by the State Government in regard to notifying the policy "Govardhan Govansh Seva Kendra". We find as the case of Petitioner is revealed under such Government Resolution, benefit has been conferred in relation to the subject matter to Respondent No. 5-Kamdhenu Bahuuddeshiya and Samajik Sanstha, Gherdi.
2.
On a query made by learned Advocate for the Petitioner as to whether the object of Petitioner is in any manner to do something with the subject matter of the impugned Government Resolution, which is primarily to establish such service centres in regard to the policy Gitalaxmi
910-WP-4224-2024 (C).doc "Govardhan Govansh Seva Kendra", which pertains to release grant-in-aid to cattle field to Respondent No. 5 and the said policy has promulgated by the State Government in that regard.
3.
Our attention has been drawn to the object of the trust at page no. 19 of the petition. We find that there are several objects, which are to establish the schools, colleges, hostels, technical schools, higher secondary schools, computer education schools for the disabled, ashrams etc. etc. However, we do not find that there is any object of the Petitioner-trust to be involved in the activities, which is subject matter of the trust. 4.
In this view of the matter, it cannot be said that the Petitioner could be in any manner affected by the State Government's policy as it is not the object of Petitioner to get involved in any such activity. The Petitioner therefore cannot be said to be a person aggrieved and have any locus to assail said Government Resolution of the State Government. 5.
We accordingly do not entertain this petition. It is dismissed. No costs.
6.
After this order was pronounced, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave as prayed for is granted. [ADVAIT M. SETHNA, J.] [G. S. KULKARNI, J.] GITALAXMI KRISHNA KOTAWADEKAR GITALAXMI KRISHNA KOTAWADEKAR Date: 2025.04.17 11:42:30 +0530 Gitalaxmi
