The grievance raised is that the Petitioner is not permitting the compliance of the order dated 27th March 2024, which had directed the premises to be measured and the map to be placed on record. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of Petitioner who is present in Court submits that she has never obstructed the measurement to be carried out. 3.
