This Court by order dated 21st February 2024 directed respondent No.5 to decide the revision application within one week from 21st February 2020. The order also provided alternative that in case the respondent No.5 is unable to decide, it shall be assigned to the Revenue Secretary who shall consider the application for ad-interim relief within one week. Further in utter disregard to the order of this Court, neither respondent No.5 nor the Secretary has considered ad-interim relief in a revision filed by the petitioner.

It was expected from the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 atleast to
19-wp-4244-2020.doc file an application for extension of period.

Hence, respondent No.5 is directed to file affidavit explaining the expenses as to why the order dated 21st February 2024 has not been complied with.

Affidavit to be filed within two weeks from today. 5.
Affidavit shall be filed either by the Minister personally or the Secretary.
6.
Since the order of this Court dated 21st February 2024 is not complied with, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms prayer clause (c).

Stand over to 10th April 2024.
