The petitioner has filed undertaking dated 5 April 2024 to deposit 50% recoverable dues as required under Section 154(2)(A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Undertaking is accepted.

Hence, issue notice to respondent No.1, returnable on 18 June 2024.

It is made clear that, if the petitioner fails to abide undertaking, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
