We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the present proceedings. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Division, Mumbai, dated 29 November 2023, which rightly observes that as the change report is pending, no orders of the nature as sought for by the petitioner, on the application filed under Section 41 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, could be passed. We agree with the reasons which are set out in the impugned order, and more particularly, paragraph-19. 2.

However, as the change report is pending adjudication, we direct that the change report be taken up for hearing as expeditiously as possible Rajesh Chittewan, PS

All the contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 4.

Petition stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 5.

No costs.
