I have heard Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Petitioner for some time.

Present Writ Petition is filed taking exception to the order passed six years ago on 21.03.2018. Writ Petition is filed on 04.03.2024. This itself is an abuse, rather sheer abuse of the due process of law.

After hearing Mr. Patil for some time, perusing the impugned order and expressing my mind to him that the Writ Petition deserves to be dismissed with exemplary costs, Mr. Patil has persuaded me to pass orders on the next adjourned date since he would in the interregnum obtain instructions from the Petitioner and accordingly inform the same to the Court.

This Court strongly feels about the manner in which the present Writ Petition has been filed and therefore has expressed its mind to Mr. Patil.
