The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the Tahsildar, Shirur, District Pune submits that the proceedings filed under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906 have been heard and orders thereon are expected to be passed. 2.

By directing the Tahsildar, Shirur to decide the aforesaid proceedings expeditiously, the Writ Petition is disposed of as it has served its purpose.
