We have heard learned counsel for the parties for sometime. The grievance of the petitioner is that in execution of the recovery certificate, the Respondent No.1-society has disconnected the water supply to the petitioner's flat.

Considering the amount of dues that are pending, the petitioner shall at the earliest deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- with the society without prejudice to his rights and contentions. Upon such deposit, the water connection shall be restored to the petitioner's flat. Further amount of Rs. 25,000/- shall be paid within a period of three weeks from today. 1/2
