Ms Sahista Shaikh, learned counsel submits that the process of execution of the recovery certificate in all these cases has been virtually completed and the major part of the amount has already been recovered, however, learned counsel seeks four weeks' time to obtain updated instructions facilitating disposal of the Writ Petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for Respondent No. 1, stand over to 14th November 2025. However, the plea of maintainability of the Writ Petition raised by the Respondent No. 2 is kept open and shall be considered at the stage of admission.
