In view of the Affidavit in Reply, we are not inclined to permit the oral application for a draft amendment even if Rule has not yet been issued. The Petitioners will have to file an Interim Application annexing the proposed draft amendment. This is all the more necessary because the submission on behalf of the Authorities is that there is a gross suppression of facts.
