With the assistance of learned AGP we have gone through the writ petition. Learned AGP submitted that the application made by the petitioner under Section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is under consideration of the respondent No.5. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.5 to decide the application dated 15/10/2021 which is filed under Section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Note :- This order is corrected as per Speaking to the minutes of order dated 06/05/2026.
