With the assistance of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP, we have gone through the memo of the writ petition and the relevant exhibits. Learned AGP submitted that the application made by the petitioner under Section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is under consideration of the respondent No.5. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.5 to decide the application dated 06/10/2022 which is filed under Section 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 expeditiously and in any case within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of compliance of the queries. The respondent No.5 to specify the time limit for compliance.
