The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Petition, the Deputy Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, Pune Division, Pune has passed an order on 3rd April, 2024, thereby refusing to approve the sport certificate. The Petitioner claims to have played Ice Hockey. The Petitioner desires to prefer a fresh petition to challenge the said order and raise all grounds.
