Prima facie it appears that the provisions of Section 73(a) of the MCS Act are inapplicable to the housing societies in view of insertion of Chapter 13(D) in the MCS Act. 3.

Hence, until further orders there shall be ad-interim orders in terms of prayer clause (b).
