After this petition was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh and appropriate petition. This is after we have pointed out that the basic documents and the rights the petitioners intending to assert in the present proceedings itself are not made clear nor the documents are annexed. 2.

We, accordingly, accept the request as made so as to permit the petitioner to file a fresh petition. To enable the petitioner to do so, the amount of compensation as deposited in this Court in pursuance of the order dated 29 April. 2024 shall not be permitted to be withdrawn for a period of 15 days. 21 October, 2024

2.WP4363_2024.DOC There shall not be any further extension. The petitioner is free to assert its contentions for any fresh orders to be passed on the proposed petition intended to be filed by the petitioner. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.

It is clarified that in the event the petition is not filed within such period of 15 days, liberty to the parties to apply for withdrawal of compensation. 4.

Disposed of. No costs.
