It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that on 1st May 2024, the Petitioner has made separate representations to Respondent No.1-Bank with a request to permit disbursal of loans. It has been stated therein that the Chief Promoters would provide bank guarantees against the loan if provided by the bank. 2.

In view of aforesaid, the Respondent No.1-Bank to consider the said representations within a period of 10 days from today and take a decision thereof.

Stand over after vacation with liberty to move the Vacation Bench.
