The petitioner has challenged the order dated 26th December, 2023, passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, in the Appeal preferred under the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958, whereby she has been declared disqualified from continuing as a Member of the Grampanchayat for the remaining term. 2.

It is informed across the Bar by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP that the term of the Grampanchayat has come to an end in January, 2026.
