In the light of our order dated 24 March 2025 the present Interim Application has been moved praying for extension of four weeks for filing compliance of our order dated 24 March 2025.

We have perused the averments made in the application. Considering the contentions as urged, we are of the opinion that it would be in the interest of justice that further time of three weeks be granted to enable the Principal Secretary, to place on record reply affidavit. However, there shall not be any further extension.

Interim application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

Let a copy of the affidavit be served on the Advocate for the Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS
