Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He would however submit that the Petitioner-Union has already raised the demand for making Reference, however no steps are taken for making Reference to the Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal under provisions of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. He would pray that the process of making Reference to the Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal be expedited. Writ Petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of. katkam Page No.

The concerned authority shall expedite the process of deciding the demand application made by the Petitioner-Union for making a Reference on its own merits.
