Prima facie, we are satisfied with the submissions of Shri. Dada that the show cause notice dated 12th September 2024 issued by respondent No.2 is contrary to the Order-inOriginal No.100/2018-19/Commr/NS-I/JNCH dated 31st January 2019 passed by the then Commissioner of Customs (NS-I) and the Order-in-Original No.260/22-23/AM(I) dated 7th October 2022 passed by the Assistant Commsisioner of Customs, CRCI, JNCH, which are accepted by the respondents and have attained finality. A case for ad-interim relief is made out. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'd' till the next date.
