This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following reliefs:

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calling for the records pertaining to the Petitioners' case and after going into the validity and legality thereof to quash and set aside impugned Show Cause Notice No.

1081/2024-25/COMMR/GR II (A-B) NS-I/CAC/JNCH dated 12.09.2024. issued by Respondent No. 2;

b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Prohibition or any other writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the nature of prohibition prohibiting the Respondents by themselves and their servants and agents from taking any further proceedings or steps in furtherance of the impugned Show Cause Notice No. 1081/2024-25/COMMR/GR II (A-B) NS-I/CAC/JNCH issued by Respondent No. 2 including adjudication thereof, (c) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction ordering and directing the Respondents, their subordinate servants and agents to forthwith refrain from acting in furtherance and in pursuance or implementation of the impugned Show Cause Notice No. 1081/2024-25/COMMR/GR II (A-B) NS-I/CAC/JNCH dated 12.09.2024 issued by Respondent No. 2;

After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Rafique Dada, learned 01 April 2026 Kiran Kawre

18-WP-4660-2025.DOC Senior Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would not press the present petition and would urge all its contentions in response to the show cause notice. His submission is fair. We accordingly dispose of this petition as not pressed, however, keeping open all contentions of the petitioner to be urged before the designated Officer in response to the show cause notice, including the contentions as raised in the present petition. 3.
