The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners are restricting their request only for receiving the documents in the light of the representation at page Nos.71 to 75, dated 04.01.2024, addressed to four Authorities. All these four Authorities are arrayed as Respondents. According to the Petitioners, a fraud is committed and there has been a serious misappropriation of funds, besides, causing personal loss to the Petitioners, who are land losers. They would initiate appropriate criminal proceedings against the

*2* 21y wp4679o24 concerned persons after going through the documents, which are sought vide the representation dated 04.01.2024. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Let the Respondents before us, who are served with the copies of the representation dated 04.01.2024, consider the same and if there are any documents which can be supplied to the Petitioners and if the applicable fees are to be paid by the Petitioners, each of these Authorities would inform this fact to the Petitioners. The Petitioners would then deposit the fees and collect the documents from the said Authorities. Let this entire exercise be completed within 60 (sixty) days from today. 4.
