Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudesai is appointed as a mediator. 3.

Learned mediator is requested to explore the possibility of mediated settlement of the dispute and submit a report within a period of six weeks from the date the parties appear before the learned mediator.

The parties shall seek the convenience of the learned mediator and appear before the learned mediator on or before 25th April 2025. 5.

The learned counsel further submit that the parties will bear the varsha

In the meanwhile, the directions contained in the order dated 10 June 2024 shall continue to operate till the next date. 7.
