Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties were referred to mediation and the parties have amicably resolved the dispute. The Director, Main Mediation Centre, has submitted a report of the learned Mediator. 3.
The petitioner and respondent No.1 are present before the Court. They admit the execution of the Consent Terms and contents thereof. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.

The petition stands disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms ('X').

The Consent Terms ('X') provide for the steps to be taken by the parties to convert the petition A 2693 of 2021 pending before the Family Court at Bandra, into a petition for divorce by mutual consent. In the event, the parties file an application to waive off the cooling period, the learned Judge, Family Court, may consider and decide the same in the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 6.
The parties shall appear before the learned Judge, Family Court at Bandra on 4th June, 2025.
