Mr.Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is kept tomorrow for the arguments before the Small Causes Court at Bandra, Mumbai. He submits that he will be making an application seeking a short accommodation of two weeks. Liberty is granted as prayed.
