Prayer clause (c) of the Writ Petition reads as under :- "(c).

Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, further hearing of L.E. & C. Suit No.68 of 2017 pending before the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, Bandra Branch, be stayed."
