The father of the Petitioner passed away on 03.09.2017. The Petitioner received an heirship certificate on 26.10.2023. As application for compassionate appointment was made on 06.12.2023. Presently, the Petitioner is working as a Peon in place of his father on temporary basis with the Grampanchayat Dudhgaon.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 02nd July, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1/State.

Since the Petitioner is already working as a
