The O.S.D. to the Court Receiver is present in the Court Hall. He points out the Court Receiver's Report No.24 of 2025 dated 21/07/2025. He submits that the Court Receiver has taken physical possession of the property and handed it over to the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner confirms the afore stated statement of the O.S.D.. He further submits that the directions of this Court dated 24/06/2025, have been complied with. This Petition is worked out and can be disposed off. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

The Court Receiver is discharged without passing of the accounts and subject to the payment of costs and charges to the Court Receiver.

The Petitioner shall pay the costs of the Report as mentioned in prayer clause (b) of the Report within 15 days from today.
