Until the next date, the parties agree that the order passed by the District Judge, Beed would be complied with, in the manner that the petitioner will keep the child present in the Family Court, Aurangabad on every Saturday and Sunday for four hours and respondent No. 1 is permitted to meet the minor on every Saturday and Sunday at the Family Court, Aurangabad.

Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. V.P. Kadam, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent No. 1 and the learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent No. 2/State. 4.

The order passed by the District Judge Beed dated 24.4.2024 shall be complied with till the next date.
