Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 24.04.2024 passed by the learned District Judge-5, Beed, in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.303 of 2023, the petitioner has preferred the present petition. Vide the impugned order, visiting rights were granted to respondent No.1 to meet the minor child in terms of clause No.1 of the said order. In the meantime, the proceedings before the learned District Judge-5, Beed, came to be transferred to the learned Family Court at Aurangabad.

Today, when the matter was called out, Mr. S. S. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Mr. S. B. Parnere h/f. Mr. V. P. Kadam, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the proceedings are dismissed for want of prosecution. In view of this, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. 4.
