The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the conditions at Clause (B)(4) (5) of the communication dated 06/11/2023 by which a requirement of possessing "Crisil Rating" has been prescribed alongwith the further requirement of having deposit of Rs. 1 Crore. It is submitted that these stringent conditions cannot be duly satisfied by public trusts in the rural areas intending to seek allotment of land for undertaking educational activities.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 07/05/2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for Respondents. 1/2
