Mr.Kulkarni submits that as per paragraph no.4 of the order dated 4 April, 2024, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- has already been deposited. The balance of Rs.4,00,000/- will be deposited within a period of six weeks from today. He further submits that the petitioner has further given an undertaking that he will also comply with the directions given by this Court with
