It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no proposal for residence of building A-wing has been filed for registration of Society. They are not cooperating with the petitioner. 3.

Since the petitioner is already functioning based on the registration certificate, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
