The Collector of Pune by order dated 13th March 2024 suspended the petitioner's license indefinitely on the ground that the petitioner has failed to maintain records for a period of 4th March 2024 to 6th March 2024 and sold foreign Beer without license. The said order is confirmed by the Commissioner. 2.

On perusal of the order dated 13th March 2024, it appears that the order is of indefinite suspension. Considering the reasons assigned in the show cause notice, order of indefinite suspension is prima facie not justified.

Hence, till next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms
