DATE : 08 APRIL 2024 P.C. :- The Petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 are residing at Aurangabad, Ahmednagar and Dhule. The Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are the Education Officers of Ahmednagar and Dhule. Even some of the Managements are at Dhule. For these the Petition ought to have filed at the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. We grant leave to delete these Petitioners and the Respondents and continue with the Petition only in respect of the Petitioner Nos. 6 and 7 and those Respondents who are in the territorial jurisdiction of this Bench. Amendment to be carried out before the next date. The Petitioners will give notice to these Respondents. Stand over to 13 June 2024. AMIT BORKAR, J.
