In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the e-tender Notice No. 25-02/2023-2024 dated 28/8/2023 issued by respondent nos.1 and 2 thereby rejecting its technical bid for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of New pet Incinerator for big dead animals at veterinary Clinic Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.

2/2 19 WP 5013-24.doc Learned counsel for Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation states that in pursuance of the aforesaid tender notice inviting tender issued on 28/8/2023, the work order was issued to successful bidder on 11/1/2024, who has completed the work on 16/5/2024 and it has been handed over to the Municipal Corporation.
In view of aforesaid subsequent events, no effective relief at this point of time, which has sought for in the instant writ petition can be granted to the petitioner. The same is accordingly disposed of.
