Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has placed on record an affidavit explaining the arrears of maintenance and payments made by the petitioner. She submits that according to the petitioner arrears towards maintenance upto July 2024 are around Rs.3,67,000/- .

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner shall pay the said amount towards arrears in three equal installments starting from October 2024. She submits that in addition by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

She submits that the amount of maintenance from the month of August, September and October 2024 shall be paid after the aforesaid installments are cleared, within three months. Statement made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted as an undertaking to this court.

Learned counsel for the respondent is at liberty to file her response affidavit regarding calculation of arrears of maintenance. 4.
List the petition on 22nd November 2024 for "Admission". 5.
In the meantime, parties are at liberty to exchange their offers for amicable settlement through their respective Advocates and make an attempt to amicably settle the dispute.
