The petitioner is challenging the order dated 09.12.2024, whereby, the respondent-Educational Officer (Secondary) for variety of reasons has refused to grant approval to the petitioner's appointment as a Shikshan Sevak.

Considering the fact that the impugned order is dated 09.12.2024 that is prior to the cut-off date of 01.01.2024, as laid down in the Government resolution dated 27.03.2024, the writ petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to the remedy prescribed thereunder. If any such challenge is put up within three weeks, the appellate authority shall not refuse to consider it on the ground that it is filed beyond the period of 30 days prescribed under the aforementioned Government resolution.
