The Petitioner has relied on the interim order passed by the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition Nos. 2534 of 2024 and 2585 of 2024 dated 7 March 2024. Following the said order, the selection process would be subject to outcome of this petition to the extent that if the Petitioner succeeds in the challenge, the Respondents will make appropriate arrangement for the Petitioner's inclusion/appointment.
