Respondent - MIDC was issued notice by an order dated 2 May 2024 and same was served, however it is not represented. Respondent No. 2 is represented by Ms. Bhende, learned Additional Government Pleader. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We have also perused the earlier order passed on this petition. As the paper book is required to be put in order, we adjourn the proceedings for one week. However, considering the facts of the case, we direct MIDC not to allot the petitioner's plot to any third party till the adjourned date of hearing.
