The learned Counsel for the Respondents and the learned AGP seek time to examine. The Petitioner will give notice to the unrepresented Respondents and file affidavit of service. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 might terminate the services of the Petitioner. This apprehension is misplaced as the Petitioner would be protected by order of statusquo passed by the Supreme Court in the proceedings pending before it in respect of the requirement to pass the TET examination. Stand over to 14 June 2024.
