The petitioner's license is suspended on the ground of collusion between the petitioner and his distributor. However, in the first information report registered against the petitioner there is no such allegation. Moreover, the first information report contains an averment that the distributor purchased the fertilizer from M/s. Farm Sons Fertichem, Gujarat and was found filling up those fertilizer in the packing of petitioner-Greenfield Agrichem Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
