According to the promoter, the agreement under Section 4(1) of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 contained a clause which creates right of confirmation of deemed conveyance. He, therefore, seeks time to place on record deemed conveyance containing such clause.
