According to the promoter, the agreement under Section 4(1) of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 contained a clause to grant the conveyance in favor Federation. He, therefore, seeks time to place on record copy of registered agreement for sale containing such clause.
