The learned counsel appearing for Petitioners and Respondents jointly agree that an attempt can be made to amicably resolve the disputes between the parties before the Mediator. Both the parties have jointly suggested name of Mr. Rushabh Sheth, an Advocate appearing in this Court to act as Mediator. Accordingly Mr. Rushabh Sheth, Advocate is appointed to act as a Mediator for possible amicable resolution of disputes between the parties. The Mediator shall conduct the mediation proceedings and file a report at the end of the mediation proceedings.

Parties shall appear before the Mediator on 30 April 2025 at 6 p.m. and obtain further orders for fixation of date/s of mediation.
